The 5th Avea Grand Interactive Award Ceremony took place within the Interactive Marketing Summit on September 21, 2011. As the only competition in the interactive platform, Avea GIA, awarded different campaigns and applications in 10 different categories. The competition aims to recognize the best works of the interactive world and encourage the growth of this innovative sector.Pozitron's ING Mobile Application was chosen as the "Best Application" among the three finalists, after passing through an elimination period between August 15 and September 15. The candidates of the "Best Application" category were evaluated according to creative design, business idea, user experience, innovativeness, originality, and campaign success criteria.
ING Mobile was already extremely popular in the mobile banking market due to its unique and useful features such as deal finder, currency converter, loan calculator and ATM finder. After being recognized as the "Best Application" we expect ING Mobile's success to grow even stronger.
