Turkish Economy Bank (TEB), partners with the world’s sixth and Eurozone’s largest bank BNP Paribas since 2005, has started using Pozitron mobile SFA solution to capture credit card applications on BlackBerry devices. TEB is aiming to improve efficiency and resources and cut costs with Pozitron's BlackBerry solution. Using the BlackBerry SFA solution, the Pozitron SFA (Sales Force Automation) Engine and an administrative web application, the sales team at TEB can collect credit card applications and send the completed forms, associated materials and client identity references directly to the database via a BlackBerry smartphone. This BlackBerry-based SFA application is used by approximately 100 sales staff at TEB Turkey.
