1550 Alo Kanka by Istanbul Police Department

Istanbul Police Department’s new SMS based Police assist and information service “Alo Kanka”s Turkcell infrastructure and compatibility is completed by Pozitron. Alo Kanka 1550 SMS service aims to reach the young and proactive citizens of Istanbul to help them report their non-emergency daily inquiries or warnings. Each SMS is replied by a trained officer.

Panel and case studies at Bogazici University

Didem Altop (Endeavor Turkey), Fatih İşbecer (Pozitron) and Bahadır Kuru (PIWorks) presented case studies to 60 engineering technology management master’s program students of the reputable Bogazici University and led discussions related to the entrepreneurship as a career path.

Pozitron identified as BlackBerry Solution Provider Plus

Pozitron was chosen as a Solution Provider Plus for BlackBerry. Under this strategic partnership, Pozitron will develop mobility solutions that leverage the BlackBerry platform. The Solution Provider Plus status is given to very few mobile application companies that have the capability to develop solutions on the BlackBerry Enterprise Platform and meet stringent quality requirements of BlackBerry.

Pozitron at the GIFOR Conference

Pozitron sponsored and had a speaking opportunity at the Entrepreneurship Conference organized by the Entrepreneurship club of Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Endeavor entrepreneurs including Pozitron presented their case studies to 60 executive MBA students from Georgetown University and fielded questions about their experiences as entrepreneurs in Turkey, followed by a networking cocktail at The Marmara Hotel in Istanbul. The event was organized by Endeavor Venture Corp Sezer Ulku, Assistant Professor at Georgetown University.

TEB Kobi TV is a pioneering online network project that is addressing SMEs. Small and medium scale companies that seek guidance and media coverage are featured on TEB Kobi TV.
